4 tbsp unsalted butter cut into 4 pieces 3 tbsp heavy or whipping cream ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar 2 pounds sweet potatoes peeled, quartered and cut into ¼” slices


  1. Combine butter, 3 tbsp cream, salt, pepper sugar and sweet potatoes in large saucepan.
