1 cup ketchup 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 Tbs Dijon mustard 3 Tbs molasses 2 Tbs maple syrup 3 Tbs cider vinegar 1 tsp chili powder ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 1 tbsp oil.
Whisk ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, molasses, maple syrup, vinegar, chili powder, and cayenne in small bowl; set aside.
Heat oil in frying pan.
Simmer sauce over medium heat, stirring frequently with heatproof spatula, until sauce is thick and glossy, and spatula leaves clear trail in sauce, about 4 minutes.
