Ingredients

  • 2 cups masa
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Steps

  1. In stand mixer, combine salt and masa and start it on low.
  2. Add water and continue stirring it on low until mixed.
  3. Make into balls and then flatten on a tortilla press lined with parchment paper.
  4. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side on a griddle.
