Gluten Free Corn Tortillas
Ingredients
- 2 cups masa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
Steps
- In stand mixer, combine salt and masa and start it on low.
- Add water and continue stirring it on low until mixed.
- Make into balls and then flatten on a tortilla press lined with parchment paper.
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side on a griddle.
