Turkey Burgers Actually Worth Eating
Ingredients
- 1 lb turkey
- Salt
- 1 tbsp bacon drippings
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Steps:
- In kitchen aid mixer combine all ingredients and blend. Allow the bacon grease to get mixed in with the meat.
- Form into equal weight (4 oz) balls and press in burger press.
- Grill 5 minutes on 1st side on high and then 4 minutes on second side. Grill usually takes 10 to 15 minutes to preheat fully.
