Gluten Free Corn Muffin Mix
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tbs sugar
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
- Whisk in oil. Then whisk in milk and egg.
- Fill muffin tin 1/2 way and then bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
