Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbs sugar
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbs vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk well.
  3. Whisk in oil. Then whisk in milk and egg.
  4. Fill muffin tin 1/2 way and then bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
