Ingredients

  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1 can canned salmon, bones removed; DRAINED
  • 2 jars pimentos, the small jar; DRAINED
  • 10 oz cheese
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Steps

  1. Combine cheese, mayo, pimentos.
  2. Add lemon juice to taste.
  3. Add dash Worcestershire to taste.
  4. Flake the salmon and stir into the dip.
  5. Add diced onion.
  6. Add spices and stir.
  7. Chill for several hours.
