This one was all me based on Shelley’s favorite flavors (cilantro, tequila, shrimp).

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1/4 cup coconut tequila
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/3 cup minced cilantro
  • 2 large cloves garlic minced

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in large frying pan.
  2. Add butter and let it melt until it sizzles.
  3. Add garlic and cilantro and stir in pan.
  4. Add shrimp.
  5. Combine lime juice and tequila and pour over shrimp.
  6. Cook and sear turning once.
