This one was all me based on Shelley’s favorite flavors (cilantro, tequila, shrimp).
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/4 cup coconut tequila
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/3 cup minced cilantro
- 2 large cloves garlic minced
- Heat olive oil in large frying pan.
- Add butter and let it melt until it sizzles.
- Add garlic and cilantro and stir in pan.
- Add shrimp.
- Combine lime juice and tequila and pour over shrimp.
- Cook and sear turning once.
